Our Commitment

Our Commitment to Compliance

Our most important job is providing quality care to those entrusted to us. This means offering compassionate support to our patients and residents and working toward the best possible outcomes within the framework of healthcare rules and regulations. We care for people who are especially vulnerable; they may have impaired or limited cognitive abilities or have physical restrictions because of illness, injury or disease.

We follow our compliance process because it affects every employee and every job he or she does. Our employees participate in education and training about the Code of Conduct, and compliance responsibilities of their jobs. In addition, written policies and procedures define specific tasks so our employees understand the performance standards expected.

Our Commitment to Residents

Beginning in 2008, SunBridge established a national partnership with the Twilight Wish Foundation, a non-profit company whose mission is to assist our nation’s elderly in living out their dreams.

Throughout the year, SunBridge employees help to grant the wishes of residents in their care. Many of the wishes are quite modest, such as wanting a box of chocolates, a musical CD or an article of clothing. Others are more nostalgic, involving wishes to return to an earlier time or memorable event in their lives. Many of the wishes focus on the fulfillment of a life-long dream. A variety of these wishes were granted throughout 2008.

No matter the wish, SunBridge employees enjoy helping them come true as well as helping residents celebrate their lives each and every day.
