Our center offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy to adults of all ages who need short- or long-term care as well as specialized care in our Avalon Wing for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. In addition to a range of postacute care, rehabilitation and specialty medical services, we also provide respite care for people whose primary, at-home caregiver is temporarily unavailable. We are proud to have been honored by the Florida Health Care Association with a Decade of Excellence Award, recognizing more than 10 consecutive years of superior performance. One of the truly special features of Pinebrook is our outdoor therapy garden. This functional therapy garden provides real-life activities where residents can regain balance, strength, mobility and confidence. In addition to the therapy garden, our center offers a number of outdoor recreational settings for our residents to use and enjoy. For residents with green thumbs, our greenhouse provides many hours of enjoyable, recreational activity. And for those residents who are more sports-minded, we have a putting green and areas for playing horseshoes and croquet.
