Located in the quiet neighborhood in the historic Highlands District of Fall River, our center is a residential living facility that specializes in caring for geriatric psychiatric residents. Our mission is to provide the optimal quality of life for our residents by maintaining and building upon each person’s life skills while providing a safe, therapeutic learning environment. In addition to a range of rehabilitation, behavioral and specialty medical services, we strive to meet the social needs of our patients and residents through recreational programs that include field trips, workshops and special events. Our expansive front and back lawns provide residents with peaceful settings to relax and socialize.
