Enhanced Nursing Services (VitalCare)

The clinical care staff at our SunBridge care and rehabilitation centers consists of a multidisciplinary team of professionals that includes doctors, nurses, therapists and support staff. A select number of our centers have nurse practioners, registered nurses with advanced nursing education, post-graduate degrees and training in the diagnosis and management of complex medical conditions.

Our nurse practioners spearhead clinical care improvements and the goal of delivering quality patient care by strengthening the skill set of the clinical care team as a whole. In many of our centers, they are in charge of specialized clinical teams. Their advanced education also makes them ideal clinical liaisons among patients, physicians, the care team and the patient’s family.
