- Activity Assistant
- Assists in the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
- Can submit to the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals to become an activity assistant certified.
- Activity Director
- Develops, plans, organizes and directs the implementation of activity/recreation programs that meet in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial well being of each resident.
- Licensed by state or national board as a therapeutic recreation specialist. Bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation preferred.
- Admissions
- Admissions Clerk
- Responsible for completing the necessary paperwork for the admission process.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Director of Marketing and Admissions
- Meets the customer development objectives of the center to direct the admission process and supervise the overall operation of the admissions department.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Supervisory and healthcare experience preferred.
- Community Relations Manager
- Responsible for developing and building a strong network for multi-center locations within an assigned territory to facilitate referrals and support the coordination of services among area providers (i.e. hospitals, physicians, etc.).
- Five plus years experience in healthcare sales and marketing. Long-term care experience preferred; previous experience in a multiple service healthcare model preferred; master’s degree or advanced clinical or management degree preferred.
- Business Office
- Receptionist
- Responsible for assisting with the general administrative support functions within the office location, answering and directing telephone callers to requested individuals. Assists with the administrative support functions within the office location as directed by the business office manager or administrator.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Payroll Coordinator
- Responsible for coordinating payroll and employee benefit transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior data entry with previous payroll processing experience desired.
- Prefer additional completion of accounting course(s) from a community college or technical school.
- AR Specialist
- Responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with company policy to maximize cash flow and ensure that company account receivable targets are met.
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare billing preferred.
- AP Bookkeeper
- Responsible for the processing of accounts payable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with company policy. Administers and performs accounts payable functions of the center as directed by the business office manager.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prefer completed accounting/computer courses from a community college or technical school.
- Prior data entry with previous accounts payable processing experience desired.
- Business Office Manager
- Responsible for overall business office operations ensuring that systems of internal control are in place and operating satisfactorily to safeguard facility assets. Ensures that cash flow is maximized and company accounts receivable targets are met. Acts as a financial liaison among corporate departments.
- Associate’s degree from a community college or technical school or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred. Extensive and exceptional industry experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Dietary
- Dietary Aid/Tech
- Responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Food safety/sanitation certification as required by law.
- Cook
- Responsible for the preparation of food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the nutritional services director, to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times.
- One year dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility preferred.
- Food safety/sanitation course if applicable by state law.
- Assistant Nutritional Services Director
- Responsible for the preparation of food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures, to assist the nutritional services director.
- One year dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility preferred.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Food safety/sanitation certification as required by state law.
- Nutritional Services Director
- Plans, develops, organizes and directs the overall operation of the nutritional services department. Responsible for ensuring that meals are served in accordance with government regulations and company policies and procedures. Serves as a liaison between center’s consultant dietitian and nursing services, ensuring that residents’ nutritional needs are met.
- Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma with correspondence course approved by state or equivalent hours of education.
- Food safety/sanitation certification if required by state.
- Registered Dietitian
- Plans, develops, organizes and directs the overall operation of the nutritional services department, including the nutritional documentation for each resident and overseeing the functions of the nutritional services department. Also serves as a liaison between the nutritional services and nursing services.
- Average knowledge of MDS process.
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics or related field.
- Registered dietitian required and licensure where required.
- Health Information
- Health Information Clerk
- Maintains medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines, as well as in accordance with established policies and procedures, to ensure that a complete medical records program is maintained.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of healthcare experience.
- Director of Health Information
- Directs the health information department and maintains medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines, as well as in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Social Services
- Social Worker
- Assists with and participates in the planning, organizing and developing of the social services department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations as well as established policies and procedures. The focus is to assist each resident and family in adjusting to placement, illness and plan of care to attain the highest practicable level of functioning
- Bachelor’s degree in related field in accordance with state and federal guidelines; social work license in accordance with state and local standards.
- Director of Social Services
- Directs the overall operation of the social services department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations as well as established policies and procedures. The focus is to assist each resident and family in adjusting to placement, illness and plan of care to attain the highest practicable level of functioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, master’s degree in social work preferred or as required by law.
- A related degree and/or experience that fulfills federal and state requirements for director of social services.
- Social work license/certification in accordance with state and local standards.
