SunBridge supports new leadership and encourages them to be successful with the company’s process and systems thus newly hired administrators and directors of nursing attend a week-long orientation in the Albuquerque, New Mexico operations offices. Training sessions include covering the SunBridge’s Balanced Agenda such as, employee relations, quality care, revenue enhancement and business results. Each leader graduates at the end of the week with a "license" to operate within SunBridge. Attendees also have the opportunity to meet their key corporate contacts who support them in the field.
